Terms of Service

The terms below govern your access to and use of Cryptomodi. Please read them carefully before creating an account or investing.

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Cryptomodi ("Cryptomodi," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Cryptomodi website, application, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

To use most features, you must create an account and verify your email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. We may require additional identity (KYC) verification before enabling certain features, processing withdrawals, or at any time as part of our compliance obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Account Security and Your Responsibilities

Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is mandatory on every Cryptomodi account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, your authenticator device, and your two-factor codes, and for all activity that occurs under your account. We will never ask you for your 2FA codes by email, message, or phone — treat anyone who does as fraudulent. You agree to notify us immediately at support@cryptomodi.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The Platform funds in cryptocurrency only. Supported deposit assets include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH, ERC-20), Tether (USDT, ERC-20 and TRC-20), Solana (SOL), and USD Coin (USDC, ERC-20). You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct deposit address and network as displayed in the Platform; transfers sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network may be unrecoverable.

Withdrawals are requested in cryptocurrency. Each withdrawal request is held and reviewed before it is processed. This review is a deliberate security and compliance checkpoint that helps confirm a request is legitimate; it may introduce a delay before funds are released. We may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

6. Investment Plans, Lock-In Periods, and Returns

The Platform offers real-time markets, live buy and sell trading, and managed investment plans. A managed plan targets a fixed return over a set lock-in period. The minimum allocation to a managed plan is $10,000 (or its crypto equivalent). During the lock-in period, allocated funds may not be available for withdrawal until the plan matures.

Returns shown for any plan are targets, not guarantees. They describe what a strategy aims to achieve over its lock-in period and do not represent promised, assured, or fixed outcomes. Actual results may be higher or lower, and you may lose some or all of the funds you invest. Please review our Risk Disclosure before investing.

7. Fees

Cryptomodi does not charge account maintenance fees for holding an account. Cryptocurrency transactions you make may be subject to blockchain network fees (sometimes called "gas" or miner fees), which are determined by the relevant network and are outside our control. You are responsible for any such network fees associated with your deposits and withdrawals. We will disclose any platform-level fees that apply to a specific service before you confirm a transaction.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Cryptomodi and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers and No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptomodi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Information on the Platform is general in nature and does not constitute personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptomodi and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Cryptocurrency investing involves risk, including the loss of capital, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform and make investment decisions at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cryptomodi and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law or our compliance obligations, or to protect the security and integrity of the Platform and its users. You may close your account at any time, subject to the completion of any pending transactions, the maturity of any active managed plan, and applicable record-keeping requirements.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
